lens spring と choroidal spring がzonular springs を介して互いに引っ張り合い拮抗。
近見時、ciliary muscle が 収縮することにより、lens springの力を助ける働きをします。
その結果、水晶体が前後方向に厚みを増し、前面と後面の曲率半径を小さくし、
水晶体の屈折力を増加させます。
